in 2013, Ireland launched its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.epa.ie\/publications\/compliance--enforcement\/waste-water\/national-inspection-plan-for-domestic-waste-water-treatment-systems-2022-2026.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>National Inspection Plan<\/strong><\/a> for wastewater treatment systems. On top of creating more regulations for septic tank owners, the government started to offer <strong>grants to help homeowners finance their sewage treatment solutions<\/strong> \u2013 whether that be replacing or upgrading.<\/p><p>The Home Renovation Incentive (HRI) and the DWWTS were the two official financial aids available for the past few years.
