GRP Tanks for potable water storage
OVERVIEW
GRP sectional water storage tanks and one piece tanks are a cost-effective solution for potable water storage & grey water storage as they have a life span of over ten years and are relatively maintenance-free.
Tricel sectional tanks are designed in a modular format of a meter by meter panels with half panels also available. Which allow for a wide range of tank sizes and structures where access restrictions or other conditions deny the installation.

Types of sectional water tanks available
Our hot press moulded panels are produced by our SMC (sheet moulding compound) which gets manufactured in our headquarters in Killarney. We offer standard tanks, tanks with a light-duty cover, heavy-duty cover, and a cover finished to Format 30 suitable for the storage of potable water.
Additional extras to our tanks are also available, including ball valve housings which is a chamber with an access hatch above the level of the cover. The addition means that the ball valve can get fitted at a higher level. Therefore, the tank volume will have a higher capacity.
Where the tank height is 1.5 meters or more, internal and external ladders are specified for health and safety. Our external ladders come provided with safety cages. Handrailing around the top of the tank is also available.
Condensation trays are specified for indoor tanks or units in a tank room as condensation may drip from the pipework and damage flooring.
Internal dividers can be fitted, providing two compartments to avoid interruption of the water supply when carrying out repairs or maintenance. Dividers are constructed from GRP tank panels and supported by stainless steel bracing and fixings.
Tricel Sectional Tanks are manufactured to the highest standard. They are manufactured to BS EN 13280:2001, and in compliance with an ISO9001:2001 quality control system and have WRAS approval.
