Tricel Pumps guarantees that obsolete products can be serviced for at least 10 years after production has been discontinued. Alternatively, Tricel Pumps may decide to supply replacement products. Tricel Pumps also gives you access to services such as online spare part ordering and support, a full range of specially designed service kits, inventory management services, lists of recommended spare parts, and more.
24/7 logistics and delivery
At Tricel Pumps, we support our spare parts services with an efficient, global setup to ensure smooth, rapid response and delivery. With a strong logistics system, service parts can be included as part of a Service Agreement or be ordered directly from Tricel Pumps If required, we can ship spare parts from our warehouses worldwide within 24 hours of receiving your order.
However, if the reliability of your installation is critical or your pumps are customised, Tricel Pumps will offer you the chance to purchase your own stock of recommended spare parts at the initial point of sale.
