Are the enclosures sold assembled?

Yes, all the Industrial Enclosures, Plinths and Electrical Meter Boxes sold are assembled and with a backplate (where applicable).

What are your products made of?

Our Meter Boxes, Industrial Enclosures and Plinths are all made of GRP – Glass Reinforced Polymer.

How long is the delivery time?

Normal delivery times in Ireland vary from 2 to 4 working days once dispatched.

Your product is Out of Stock, what is your lead time?

Our stock varies, so does the lead time. If you are interested in one of our Out of Stock products, please contact us through our contact form or call us and we’ll be able to give you the latest update regarding when we expect the product to be back in stock.

Can I pick up from Killarney?

We do not offer the option of picking your product from our premises. If you would like to arrange for the specific delivery please contact us through our contact form or call us and we’ll do our utmost to meet your requirements.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is FOC.

How long will my order take if I order today

Normal delivery times in Ireland vary from 2 to 4 working days once dispatched. If for any reason your delivery is delayed, we will contact you by email to keep you updated.

Sales, Payment and Accounts Queries

How can I pay for the products?

You can pay online using this website or if you prefer to call our office, we will be able to take your payment over the phone.

Do you offer customer credit or account?

Unfortunately, we do not offer credit.

I require a VAT invoice, can you send me one?

Yes, no problem at all. Please use the contact form to submit your request and we’ll email you your invoice.

I would like to become a trade customer, is it possible?

Yes, of course. Please get in touch with our Sales team, they will be more than happy to set this up for you.

Returns Queries

Can I return my purchase?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return items to us within 28 days of delivery.

All items must be returned in the original packaging with order details enclosed.

Please note we are unable to refund any delivery costs.
