Tricel Sports & Social Club are delighted to donate €1,000 in support of Feed the Heroes
Feed the Heroes was set up as an initiative in response to the challenges brought on by the Covid-19 outbreak in Ireland. Supplying personnel working on the front line with nutritious meals as they work long shifts. Workers on the frontline of the pandemic are unable to access supermarkets as easily and may no longer have time to prepare meals in addition to the increased volume of food required for canteen facilities already operating within the healthcare sector.

Feed the Heroes have provided over 159,000 meals to hospitals, contact tracing centers, emergency services, and Garda stations among others.

At Tricel we undertake multiple fundraising projects throughout each year, Feed the Heroes are providing such undeniably vital services throughout Ireland during these challenging circumstances’ we are immensely proud to support this cause.
