The Irish Standard Recessed Electrical Meter Box is a GRP cabinet designed to house domestic electricity metering equipment within an external wall.

It complies with the ESB Networks National Code of Practice for Customer Interface, 4th Edition 2008. The outdoor meter box must remain continuously accessible to ESB Networks and should not be obstructed by side gates or other structures.

Manufactured from glass-reinforced polymer, the cabinet is highly durable. Builders should provide an approximate opening of 606mm high × 402mm wide × 155mm deep. Stock code: 220910.
