Tricel Sasu awarded “Best Irish Company in France”

Tricel Sasu was awarded best Irish company in France 2012 at the annual Ireland France Business Awards in Dublin. The prestigious award was presented by Ireland France Chamber of Commerce (IFCC) and NetworkIrlande. The awards are designed to recognise outstanding business performance and bilateral trade between Ireland and France.

Robbie Larkin, Group Finance Manager collected the award on behalf of the KMG Group. “We are delighted to be named Best Irish Company in France for our French based subsidiary company, Tricel SASU. It is a great honour to receive this award from the Ireland France Chamber of Commerce and Network Irlande. It is testament to our hard work and commitment to the French market since 2009.”

Tricel SASU is a French subsidiary of KMG, a privately owned group of companies headquartered in Killarney. Killarney Plastics, also part of KMG, started trading wastewater treatment systems (WWTS) to the French market in 2009. In early 2012, sales to the French market switched from Killarney Plastics to Tricel SASU.

The growth in sales achieved by Tricel SASU, its strong sales projections and its commitment to creating employment in France and Ireland were the main factors behind the jury’s decision.
