Find a Tricel wastewater distributor in Ireland

Find local assistance with septic tanks, domestic wastewater treatment plants, commercial systems, secondary and tertiary treatment, polishing filters, pumping stations, spare parts, servicing and system upgrades.

Choose your county below and tell us about your property, site conditions, wastewater requirements and project stage. Tricel will direct your enquiry to the appropriate distributor or wastewater partner serving your area.

Local support for your wastewater project

A wastewater system cannot be selected solely by choosing a product from a catalogue. The appropriate system depends on the property use, wastewater loading, site-assessment findings, ground conditions, available space, planning requirements and the approved treatment and discharge arrangement.

A local Tricel distributor can help you understand which Tricel products correspond with the route identified by your site assessor or project professional. Depending on the distributor and agreed scope, assistance may include quotations, product supply, site visits, delivery, installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs and upgrades.

Please note

A distributor’s advice does not replace a formal site assessment, planning approval, engineering design, or other professional or regulatory decision required for the project.

Scope of support

What can a local Tricel distributor help with?

The exact scope varies by partner and project, but the distributor network may assist with the following.

Product and project enquiries

Discuss the property type, expected loading, available site documentation, proposed system, installation location and project programme.

Product quotations

Request a supply-only or broader project quotation, stating clearly whether delivery, excavation, installation, electrical work, pumping, commissioning, landscaping, servicing and VAT are included.

Site visits

A site visit may be arranged where further information is required. This is not a replacement for the formal site-characterisation process required for a planning application.

Delivery and installation

Confirm product availability, delivery access, lifting requirements, installation scope, groundworks responsibilities and who will complete the installation.

Commissioning

Where applicable, confirm who will commission the treatment plant, test the alarm and mechanical components, and provide the commissioning and handover records.

Maintenance and repairs

Ask about scheduled servicing, alarms, replacement components, system checks, repairs, upgrades and desludging arrangements.

Process

How the distributor enquiry process works

Septic tanks, domestic treatment plants, commercial systems, secondary and tertiary treatment products, sand polishing filters, pumping stations and related components.

1

Select your county

Use the county links or national locator to identify where the project is located.

2

Describe the property and project

State whether the enquiry concerns a house, extension, replacement system, commercial premises, housing development, school, hospitality property, rural business or another use.

3

Provide available site information

Attach the site-assessment report, planning drawings, wastewater design, existing consent or registration details, installation photographs, inspection findings or servicing records where relevant.

4

Confirm the required assistance

Explain whether you require product supply, an installation quotation, a replacement assessment, commissioning, servicing, spare parts or troubleshooting.

5

The enquiry is routed locally

Tricel will direct the enquiry to the distributor, installer, service provider or internal technical contact appropriate to the county and project type.

6

Confirm the quotation scope

Before accepting a quotation, confirm what is included, what is excluded, who is responsible for regulatory and planning compliance, and which records will be supplied at completion.

Frequently asked questions

Answers to common questions about Tricel wastewater distributors, quotations, installation, site visits and servicing throughout Ireland.

Does Tricel have wastewater distributors throughout Ireland?

Tricel operates a national distributor and service-partner network and directs local product, quotation, delivery, installation and maintenance enquiries through the relevant contact. County pages are published across the State. Use the wastewater distributor locator to find the appropriate route for your county.

Can a distributor tell me which wastewater system to install?

A distributor can explain the Tricel wastewater systems available for the treatment route identified by the site assessor or project designer. The final system must correspond with the site assessment, approved design, planning conditions, required capacity and discharge arrangement.

Can I request a supply-only quotation?

Yes. State clearly that the enquiry is for product supply only. Confirm whether delivery, accessories, risers, alarms, pumps, commissioning and VAT are included. Submit the project details through the wastewater enquiry form .

Can a local distributor arrange installation?

Installation support may be available, but the scope varies between distributors. Ask whether the quotation includes excavation, backfilling, pipework, electrical work, downstream treatment, commissioning and reinstatement. See the wastewater treatment plant installation guide before confirming the scope.

Can I arrange a site visit?

A local partner may offer a site visit where it is needed to understand access, installation requirements, an existing system or the proposed work. A distributor visit should not be described as a formal planning site assessment unless it is carried out by a suitably qualified site assessor for that purpose. Use the central contact form to discuss whether a visit is appropriate.

Can the distributor service an existing Tricel system?

Service, maintenance, fault investigation, repairs, components and upgrade support may be available through the local network. Provide the system model and installation details when making the enquiry. Read the wastewater system maintenance guidance for further information.

What happens if my county does not have an individual page?

Use the national county locator . Tricel will route the enquiry to the distributor or wastewater contact covering the project location.

Can I contact Tricel directly?

Yes. Call +353 (0)64 668 8000 or use the central wastewater contact form for product, quotation, distributor, installation, servicing or technical enquiries.
